NARENDRA MODI - A VICTIM

If at all there is any politician in Post Independent India, who is victimised for none of his fault and without any enquiry, it is Narendra Damodardas Modi, the poor Chief Minister of Gujarat. All of us without even enquiring what happened, stamp Modi as guilty. This isolation and atrocity continues unabated for the past ten years. Every political party, human rights groups, NGOs and even other Nations rally behind one another to condemn the Chief Minister. What is his fault. No one enquired about it. Every one of them jumped in to easy conclusion that he is guilt and should be punished. But the people of Gujarat, beyond caste and creed, support the Chief Minister. But others who have no idea or knowledge of either Modi or the incidents condemn him. Why this happens? What is his fault? Why he is isolated?

We are all civilised society. We are rational. We have special sixth (seventh?) sense to find out truth of any incident. But despite these qualities, we often fail to behave like humans. We follow the foot prints of some so called rational leaders like Sheep.

Every one who speak ill of Narendra Modi talk about riots that happened in Gujarat in 2001 AD. Is he truly responsible? Is there any enquiry conducted in this regard? Whether any competent court has decided against the Chief Minister? These ill minded people pre-judge the issue and then enquire. Thats the problem with them.

It is pity that large scale violence erupted in Gujarat post Godhra incident. How it engulfed the nation is to be enquired. Who is responsible for Godhra and Post-Godhra should be independently enquired. We should take equi-distance in both the incident. Just because less number of people died in Godhra does not mean that we should ignore it. All the people who talk ill of Modi say that he reacted belatedly to the violence in Gujarat. Is he responsible for that? Delay in action happens in India every sphere of life. Even an ambulance arrives only after death of the victim. Thats the fate of this Country. Red-tapism and 'don't care' attitude of Government Servants leads to many confusions. Police who should act at the strike of an incident acts only after some people die of the incident. Some time the police just looks helpless the on goings. Best example is Students clash and Advocates Clash in the Madras High Court during 2008-09. Just because the police force is not capable of handling a situation we should condemn the Administration as a whole. Every politician is responsible for that. We should take immediate action to rectify the situation and cleans the force. But instead we rally behind one another to stamp the individual. Here exactly the same thing occurred. Instead of taking responsibility on our shoulders we isolate Modi as an individual. Is he responsible? He just succeeded a police force and administration which was corrupted in many ways. He was just cleansing it. So he cannot be blamed for the lack of action by the police.

The police official who raged charges against Modi that he was responsible for the riots found out to be farce and corrupt. The Congress which took that orphan in to his lap left him in the ditch half-way. The NGO which fight cases against Modi are doing for their own benefit.

Leave alone the pseudo-seculars and self-centered politicians of rest of India and the world. Take the cases of Gujarati people especially Gujarati Muslims. There is no atrocity against the Muslims. They are equally respected in Gujarat. They lead in many commercial and business establishments. About seventy percent of Muslims vote in favour of Modi. There is no drop out of Muslim girls from Schools. Their GDP is thrice more than National average. Even when the congress pours venom on Modi, its union Government praises the steps taken by the Gujarat government in the upliftment of minorities in Gujarat. Recently the Muslim spokesperson of Gujarat Congress switch over the Modi side and praised him openly. What else we need? But we speak of the sad events of 2001 and condemn him as if he is personally responsible.

We praise Congress despite its hand in Sikh-riots of 1984. We praise Mulayam despite his anti-dalit stands. We praise Karunanidhi and Mayavati despite their corrupt politics. We praise Communists despite their goodaism and rowdyism. We praise Muslim league despite its communal stand. We praise Lalu and co despite their divisive politics. We praise Manmohan Singh despite his Colonial attitude. But we are not ready to accept Modi despite his clean hand. No Judicial forum or enquiry commission or Court of Enquiry have accused Modi or decided any case against Modi. But still we brand him communal and sing the same song of 2001. How foolish we are? Are we qualified to be called rational? The US, UK and other Europen Countries which blindly followed the foolish Indian politicians are realising their fault now. UK has already joined the band wagon of praising Modi. US to follow suit. We are not visualising the future or noticing what is happening in our surrounding. Have we ever seen any politician in India who speaks politics only during elections.

One thing is clear. Already some people have raised voice in support of Modi to be projected as next Prime Minister of India. If at all this happens and Modi becomes Prime Minister the full responsibility of his elevation lies in the hands of these Anti-Modi people. They groomed him and kept the wood warm. Otherwise Modi's politics would have been restricted to Gujarat itself like Shivraj Chauhan or Prem Kumar Dhumal. Modi should thank these pseudo-secularist for his more than life size image. And we should also thank them in identifying a progressive and visionary as next Prime Minister. Keep track of "Narendra Modi"
